Working in the Y‑3 Product Management Team, I oversaw the entire product creation process—from managing development timelines to coordinating key milestones like seasonal kick‑offs and go‑to‑market presentations—driving impressive seasonal sales. I coordinated range strategies, prepared and presented the collection at merchandising sessions, and participated in crucial sell‑in meetings in Paris. Additionally, I engaged with external partners by traveling to factories in Asia and attending range reviews in Tokyo to ensure every product aligned with our business objectives.
